Shipping policy
All our orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Sankt Michael im Lungau, in the heart of Austria.
We don´t charge shipping fees for the standard (2-3 days) delivery option for shipments within EU, Switzerland and the UK. Shipping costs to other countries and express shipments in general are calculated upon check out and can vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping option.
Standard (8-11 days) shipping to the USA is 39EUR.
We ship worldwide using different carries. All shipments are insured against damage or loss. For customs and duty clearance please provide your mobile phone. We will process the required export documents as well as cover all custom and or duty charges for you. No additional costs will be charged for duties or customs fees. You will receive the items worldwide as quoted upon check out.
In addition to the shipping time we need a short amount of time to process and pack your order. If your order is made before 12pm CET our processing time is about 1-2 business days.
Once your order has been processed and is being shipped you will receive a tracking code to your e mail adress so you can track your order and coordinate delivery with the shipper. You can track you order here:
