Refund policy

All products purchased online on the Sixth Edition website can be returned free of charge within 30 days, without giving reasons, to the following address:

Please notify us on widerruf@thesixthedition.com so we can issue a return slip. Goods sent back must be in a condition that corresponds to that of normal use for the purpose of inspecting the goods - as would be customary in the shop for fitting - and must be provided with an original label. In the event of deterioration of the goods due to further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation for the value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please notify us about damages as soon as you rejected the package or received the damaged or wrong goods on hello@thesixthedition.com, so we can document the case and issue a return slip. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In any case we will refund your payment if approved no later than 14 days from the day the refund request has been received.
